A small company, built for the long haul
We started Binate because we'd watched too many founders burn months on the wrong hire, the wrong agency, or a big-team build that was three sizes too big. We wanted to be the partner we wished we'd had.
Binate was founded in 2019 in Bengaluru by a small group of engineers and operators who'd spent the previous decade inside fast-growing startups. Building teams, shipping products, and learning the hard way how the wrong early hires can quietly stall a company.
We aren't a recruitment agency, and we aren't a large outsourcing firm. Think of us as a India hub partner for founders. We hire your India team, employ them on our books, run payroll and compliance, and embed them with you. When the time is right, we help you carve it out into your own India engineering hub and keep scaling.
Today we work with founders across India, the US, the UK, and Europe. Usually at the seed-to-Series-B stage, where the right team makes or breaks the next 18 months, and sometimes well beyond, as their India hub takes shape.
